January - What Better Way to Start the Year Than Some Interactive Games!

As January rolls around, many of us are eager to shake off the holiday blues and re-energise for the year ahead. One fantastic way to do this is by incorporating fun, interactive games into the workspace. This month, we witnessed an impressive wave of enthusiasm among our clients who chose to welcome their teams back to the office with a line-up of engaging activities. Among the highlights were the racing simulators and a giant buzz-wire game, which brought joy, laughter, and a bit of competitive spirit back to the workplace.

The Thrill of Racing Simulators

There's something undeniably exhilarating about racing simulators. As participants hop into the driver’s seat, they’ll feel the adrenaline of speeding down the virtual track.

A participant remarked, “It feels incredible to race against my colleagues! This isn’t just a game; it’s a chance to bond and have some fun as we dive back into our work routines.”

Not only did this foster a sense of camaraderie among colleagues, but it also ignited a spark of healthy competition.

Giant Buzz Wire

For those who prefer a test of focus and steady hands, our giant buzz-wire game was an absolute hit. This classic game of skill required participants to carefully manoeuvre a metal loop along a wire without triggering the buzzer.

As the tension mounted every time someone fell short, it became clear that the giant buzzwire was not just a game of dexterity; it was a steep learning curve in patience and teamwork.

In February, Our Mobile Soft Play Centre was Busy Travelling Around the UK

February is typically a month associated with cosy nights and the lingering frost of winter. However, for us, it was anything but quiet! Our mobile soft play centre was on the move, bringing joy and excitement to private parties and corporate events up and down the UK.

One of the highlights of our travels was connecting families and communities to create unforgettable experiences. As we set up our vibrant soft play area, we could see the anticipation in the eyes of the kids.

It's in these moments that we’re reminded of the power of play—giving children the space to explore, imagine, and just be kids.

March Madness: Crafting Bespoke Branding for Exhibition Entertainment

March proved to be a whirlwind of creativity and collaboration for our in-house design and manufacturing team. As we welcomed numerous clients seeking bespoke branding solutions for their exhibition stands, our warehouse buzzed with energy and innovation. From simple yet effective table covers to brand beat the buzzers that serve as a canvas for brand identity to more elaborate concepts, our team was eager to bring each vision to life.

One of the standout projects this month was the creation of a completely bespoke Rodeo Bull for the product launch of Coca-Cola Lemon. This exciting piece was designed for a future activation and embodies the essence of interactive branding—engaging audiences and leaving a memorable impact. Such projects are not only a testament to our team's versatility but also highlight our commitment to delivering unique experiences tailored to our client's needs.

April Adventures: A Day at Epsom Downs Racecourse

In April, our team had the exciting opportunity to travel to the iconic Epsom Downs racecourse in Surrey for a company conference. We brought an array of exhilarating games designed to ignite friendly competition among attendees.

From our engaging games tables to the high-energy dance machine and the electrifying Strike a Light, participants were hooked from the start. The atmosphere was charged with laughter and excitement as colleagues challenged each other, fostering camaraderie amidst the thrill of the games.

May Bank Holiday Extravaganza with the Coca-Cola Bespoke Rodeo Bull

During the May bank holiday weekend, our team finally got to bring the exciting brand activation they’d been working on for months to Thorpe Park! Over four thrilling days, two of our dedicated team members operated a fully branded rodeo can, drawing attention and delighting visitors.

With its bespoke rodeo bed and branded Coca-Cola attachment, guests were invited to take a ride, creating a fun and interactive experience that was hard to resist. Meanwhile, our charismatic brand ambassadors engaged the crowd, offering free samples that showcased the product, ensuring everyone walked away with a taste of the brand.

The event was a fantastic success, leaving a lasting impression on park-goers!

June: A Month of Fun and Social Connection

June was a whirlwind of excitement here at Live 9 Events! With our calendar buzzing with company summer socials, we embraced supplying the fun across the nation.

From the thrilling last man standing that had everyone laughing and cheering to the delightful charm of fun fair side stalls, each event brought endless joy. Our giant inflatable games were a massive hit, creating memorable moments as colleagues leapt and bounced their way to victory.

It was a month filled with laughter, team bonding, and a sprinkle of friendly competition. Here’s to more sunny days and unforgettable experiences our team get to bring to companies in the future!

July: Summer Events & Inflatable Days!

As July comes upon us, our team begin to buzz with excitement as schools across the Nation gear up for a season packed with fun days and celebrations.

Our inflatables bring joy and laughter to students far and wide, adding an extra bounce to their end-of-year festivities. But that's not all!

We're also preparing for our biggest inflatable event of the year at a local Nottinghamshire football club, where the fun will be bigger than ever to celebrate the achievements of the club.

August: The Festival!

August marked an exhilarating milestone for us as we managed the much-anticipated company festival in Wakefield, an event we’d been diligently planning alongside some company staff since the year began.

Thanks to our dedicated event planners, the groundwork was meticulously laid, from site selection to coordinating with a few external vendors. Most of the items we provided from the entertainment including Side Stalls, Inflatables and Portable Soft Play to Event Infrastructure. The day before the festival, our event managers arrived early to oversee the setup, ensuring every detail was perfect.

When the big day arrived, our events team expertly handled check-in and monitored equipment, while the management team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to guarantee everything flowed seamlessly. The festival was a resounding success, celebrated by all!

September: A Whirlwind of Freshers Fairs and Student Engagement

September marked the vibrant transition back to school, and we certainly embraced the spirit of the season! This month, we hit the road, attending multiple freshers' fairs across the UK. Our team was excited to supply a variety of branded games and simulators that encouraged student interaction and engagement.

With every fair, we set up items from branded games and simulators, designed to engage and entertain. Towering inflatable obstacle courses, sleek racing simulators, and interactive games that encourage students to hone their skills while having a blast.

Freshers Week is all about fostering connections and creating unforgettable memories as students embark on their academic journeys!

October Brings Excitement: Interactive Exhibitions Across the UK

October brings an exciting wave of interactive exhibitions across the UK, designed to engage attendees. Dive into a thrilling world of branded cash grabbers, where speed and strategy dictate your winnings. Place a winning prize inside one of our crack-the-code games to engage visitors at your stand or have attendees try their luck on the spin the wheel.

As part of this lively month, we also attended a few student lock-in evenings which promise unforgettable experiences filled with interactive games like Hungry Hippos, Selfie Pods for capturing fun memories, and the electrifying buzz wire challenge.

November: Let’s Prepare for Christmas!

November ushers in the festive spirit as we ramp up preparations for Christmas. The air is filled with anticipation, and our creativity blossoms as we dive into organising the enchanting props and holiday decorations. Twinkling lights, life-size sleigh & reindeers, and exquisite nutcrackers come together, transforming spaces into winter wonderlands.

This month serves as a vital kickoff, setting the stage for gatherings and celebrations to come, every detail adds a touch of magic.

December has Arrived: A Sparkle of Festive Cheer Spread Near & Far!

December has arrived, bringing with it a sparkle of festive cheer to all of our clients! This year, we introduced some exciting new products including our Christmas fun fair side stalls!

Among the favourites was our Christmas Pudding Shy, where participants aimed the balancing puddings, hoping to knock them off their stands and claim a prize! Laughter and excitement filled the air as friends and colleagues cheered each other on.

Alongside our new Christmas games, our team attended many Christmas Parties, some popular choices this year were our Dance Machine featuring some Christmas classics, Air Hockey where laughter and friendly competition reign supreme and our Selfie Pod that captured the joy of the season complete with Christmas props and to create memorable snapshots.

This holiday season, our team embraced the Christmas spirit, spreading joy far and wide. Our Snownado & Snowball Splat Strike a Light even headed all the way to farnborough, following that our team went up to Manchester where our Snownado Grabber featured on a Live TV Christmas Special!
