If you’re planning an exciting event, the last thing you probably want to think about is things like fencing, cable ramps and power distribution. But these little bits are necessary to ensure a smooth, safe and succesful event, which is why take care of all of it here at Live 9. If you need help with all the little details of your event, we are here help and to provide you with everything you need.

How and Where We Operate, Safety and Insurance

Live 9 Events is a specialist provider of innovative, unforgettable events. We are a reliable and highly-experienced company providing outstanding customer service; some of our regular clients include The Jockey Club, John Deere, Spec Savers, Gedling Borough Council and Stonegate Pubs.

We have a 5 million pounds public liability insurance and all our equipment is regularly checked and maintained to the highest standards. All electrical equipment we have has a current PAT.

Our friendly and experienced staff members will deliver and set up the equipment on the day of your event, and then return to collect later on. If they are staying to supervise the equipment, they’ll be there to ensure the equipment is used safely and correctly for the duration of your event. When booking your event we can arrange a site visit to help arrange a site plan for your event day to allow for a smooth set up.
