Access Requirements: Our Santa's Grotto cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor. If you believe that access or set up area may be a problem due to uneven surfaces, long distance to set up area, obstructions, or other variables, please let us know in your enquiry.

Planning an event isn't always easy when you haven't got access to all the answers you need so through our years of knowledge and experience, we've put together some frequently asked questions that can help answer some of the questions you may have regarding our Santa's Grotto Hire.
Should you require further information about our Santa's Grotto our expert planners are ready and waiting to help you plan the perfect event and of course answer any other questions you may have.
On the day of your event, experienced events team will arrive on-site to set up the Santa’s Grotto in your desired set up area. They will ensure the set-up is looking spectacular as it’s the main attraction in scene setting for your guests.
On the walkthrough to the grotto, your guests will pass Santa’s Reindeers, a family of Polar Bears and more other exciting Christmas Props. As the guests cross the doorway of the grotto they’ll be met with Santa!
All guests can exit the experience back through the main entrance then immediately left to avoid crossing with the queue.
Although we don’t provide a Santa, we do provide a luxury arm chair, an electric log fire place with flickering light which really helps with setting the scene. We also provide a larger Christmas Tree and 1 Present Sack filled with artificial presents.
